And chicken with Adobo is used in Spanish dishes. Who knew they used them in Phillipino food.... (lol2)

It is, but my parents are really more a part of the West Indian/Caribbean culture than that of South America. And, yeah, lots of Spanish things are carried on by Phillipino culture... (used to date a Phillipino girl )

well filipinos are just an indiginious people that were screwed by latinos so we kind of inherited some things like food....also names...so youll have a filipino guy with a name like "Hernan DeLacruz" or "Siriup Rodriguez"
