good luck finding a high temp paint in the exact color...

you could use a high temp base coat yellow and then spray the HZ over it, perhaps? i dunno...

Hopefully the yellow like the strut bar...Yeah my friend painted his header cover on his civic, Silver it looked better than the bad partly rusted stock one. They make high temp paint for painting your valve cover and what not, Not like for your calipers. I'll look around, if all else fails I guess i'll have to bust out a better looking silver.

well i found a yellow at autozone that is pretty damn close to the strut bar and the other yellow accents in the engine bay. I just need some other opinions, i'm gonna gather some from my friends but i think i'd like a couple from you guys on here. Check out the DupliColor paint for engines its the Daytona yellow. HELP PLEASE!

Well it's gonna attract your attention simply because it's a slightly different color. I guess since your car is blue it won't be all that bad, but it'll definatly be noticible.

But what kind of noticable are you talking about? Good noticable as in they like the idea or bad as in the yellow doesnt match?

is that yellow paint the 500 degree stuff? if it is then its crap...... i did that to my strut bar. looked like the same color on the cap. but when u paint it it goes WAY ligher. i had to repaint my whole strut bar. and my fuse box because of it. mayb i didnt shake it long enough. i shook it for a good 1-2 mins. then sparyed it on from about a 6 inch distance. but mayb i just got a bad can of the paint...

yeah for the engine. Well s*** if it fades too much I might not. When it dried what kind of yellow did it look like? Like Crayon yellow?

ok so i took a look see at the header cover to see what i got to work with and i noticed the O2 sensor would have to be taken out which i dont want to do cuz those things like to break and thats atleast 120 bucks i'd have to put down. Anybody know of a way to take those things out without them breaking other than "Carefully"

Oh you mean that wire connected to the sensor unhooks? I'll have another look
