Maybe there would be less complaints and more willing compliance if it wasn't so expensive and bureaucratically inconvenient for people to do the right things. And that goes way beyond just a stupid sticker on our windshields. I'd bet America is way down the list of worst polluters in the world these days. Tree huggers could have a field day with what goes on in other places like Asia, Russia, India, South America, Africa & Europe, they just won't let them. America is the only place they won't be jailed or hung or shot on site so sure thing, America is the big bad polluter............that anyone ever hears about.
