Zilvia.net group buy. Sooooo ******* cheap, were talking 400 for a set. But you gotta wait like 2 months. There solid, but not fia solid. Lol.
Well originally, I figured I was going to have to wait and buy Bride Low Max rails to get the lowest possible seating position. I know its very common to use stock rails on after market seats with the miata, but my gf's bucket seat was on stock rails when she got her car and it sat soo high so I kind of ruled stock rails out.
Yesterday I removed the driver seat and sat one of the Brides into the car just to get an idea of how it looked, but then I started looking at the stock rails and the mounting holes on the bride and decided to go for it. After a bunch of tries, I got the driver side done last night, and got the passenger side done today.
I must say, it is AMAZING how much more in control I feel under aggressive driving. I feel as if the car were to get out of line, I would just b**** slap it into check unlike with stock seats, if it got out of line I would just hope for the best kind of feeling.
I am more then happy with the purchase. As of now, the Bride Rails have fallen down the list but eventually I will probably get them.

Not to necropost this, but I just checked in and noticed that her car has the exact situation mine has with the peeling clear on the hood, and almost identical dents on the door! So weird.
On topic, racing seats are so worth it.
On second thought, I can't imagine how you get into your car now, between the height of the car, the hard top, and now the racing seats. Is that the point of the removable steering hub?

Outside of how nice it looks, yeah. It helps a ton with me being 6" and 185lbs
