There was a time when I thought only homosexuals (sorry, have to be PC about the term) rocked Miatas.
Well, here I am w/a wife and a DD turbo'd Miata...I don't hardcore track it (not yet at least) & I'm not even CLOSE to being 40 (I just turned 28)...and I STILL want to do more mods once I get another *real DD* so that I can actually track it, break it and not have to worry about it.

Same here, even my wife thought the littel cars were gay. As did all the local Protege guys. . . guess what they all drive now. . . .

If you're that closed minded about driving and "being seen in a gay car" that is the most popular sports car, light weight, RWD, and 5/6spd trans, you got the issues. . . .


i have yet to boost though, still gotta figure out if i want to supercharge it or turbo it. Or . . . . the miata gods hate me. . . . v8 swap

if i were you, i would save money... keep the protege... and get a miata. maybe sell the turbo kit from the protege to fund it. you have to admit, your protege has some class.
