i took a photoshop class last semester, and they never taught us this. how do you do this?? you should make a tutorial and they should make a photoshop section. there probably already is one that i dnt know of

THats not even photoshop, thats photobuckets editor thing.

You just select what you wanna change then change the color on the selected area. It's like tint.
