Since the recommended offset for MP3 is at 48+ ... does that apply to difference sizes wheels too? I'm thinking about getting a seperate set of wheels/tire combo that are either 15" or 16".... I autocross and the 17" just seems too expensive too keep up with in regards to tires. My OEM set here is almost worn out since these past few local events.

I'll try to email for some good deals from Rishie and hopefully come up with something with a good price. My last resort will be with Tire Rack or Discount Tires since DT offers warranty on tire punctures.

Sir Nuke's Rota Battles was a sweet deal, but I prefer the Group-N, Circuit 8, or Attack rims (if any of these fit our Protege cars)...ones that are not double-spoked.

Slipstreams are okay only if they are not silver color.....

If anyone starts a GB on rims and tires (preferrably ROTA brand), please don't hesitate to include me with the info. I will go with a combo package if the tires come with Kumhos (or Falkens if they fit the MP3).... I can probably accept Sumitomos too.

If anyone has a special deal and would like me to purchase them, please do not hesitate to contact me with the info.... kaitai99@hotmail.com
thanks...:D

Oops... if this belongs to another thread... please feel free to move it. WTB wasn't my first idea.... but just turned out that way as I was typing it....

The offset will vary based on the width of the wheel. If the wheel is thinner then it can run a lower offset.

Tell me how much you want to spend and I'll help you find the right wheels for your budget and function.

You can get 17" tires for less the 16" cause of the popularity of them.

15" cost the least... Rotta makes low cost light wheels.
