WTB stock block and stock turbo

So my brother bought a 03 MSP with 27,000 miles on it a year ago. Somehow on stock boost and not beating on it at all, the turbo went out and blew the motor. He now needs a block and a new turbo. I'm located in Davenport, Iowa 52806. So please PM with the prices shipped.
