That's the 2003.5 Mazdaspeed Protege front lip. It's OEM, you can probably order it from the dealer or through ProtegeGarage.com (I reccommend Protege Garage rather than giving money to "the man")

is it this one , because it seems like its just one simple piece that comes in one shot... not like the one on the titanium speed..

Dark phone the dealer , they are not that expensive . If im not mistaking your the same guy as the guy on clubprotege qubec ? Ken does not ship big stuff to canada and USPS wont ship something as big as a lip to canada . UPS would cost around 60$US in shipping . I got my rear lip brand new from the mazda dealer in Lvis , 307$ CAN tax in . Thats like 260$ US . All the other dealers were selling it for 490$ CAN +taxes . The front lip is cheaper then the rear lip so it's not worth getting it shipped from the states .
