wrx swap into a 99 2.5rs

i was thinking about selling my p5 and buying a 99 rs sedan and doing a wrx swap(engine, tranny, and ecu). is it a relatively difficult swap? and does wrx aftermarket suspension fit on the rs?

it is a really easy swap to do

I just checked a JDM auto recycler here in Sacramento, but they don't have any turbo motors for you. If you wanna get a Nissan, they've got you covered

u can do the swap for about 6-7k w/ an EJ20+tranny(USDM)
my friend is doing that to his 1993 impreza L...ill be a monster. but he is doing allot of stuff and using an EJ22T insead and a whole bunch of other stuff.
also the 2.5 tranny wont hold any abuse if u have the wrx engine....BOOOM unless u baby it.
and go to NASIOC.com its mutch better, just tell them ur a noob.
i used to have an imprza...sold it for the MP5 and now hating my self for it....trying to sell my car so i can do the same thing u want to

yes, even if you get the engine/tranny for 2k(which i doubt honestly) you will still have to pay for the installation ect...which could cost upwards of another 2k..honestly, if you aren't making at least 5k AFTER selling your car and buying the rs, i wouldn't do it. Basically what im saying is if you get through it without losing money thats cool, otherwise id keep the p5 and turbo it. Not like you will have a warranty with the rs anyhow, so why not lose the warranty on the p5!
