shot ya an email but thought I would post incase anyone else was curious....440 injectors are actually a very good choice for the MSP assuming your not running a ginormous turbo....There are 2 factors to consider when choosing injectors, well assuming you already know if you need high or low impedance injectors. Factor 1: Maximum amount of fuel you will need...this is determined by the max cfm your turbo will be flowing...generally you want to keep your injector duty cycles around 85-90% at FULL throttle, but no more than that. On a 2.0 engine 440cc injectors will flow enough fuel to support the t25 well beyond its boost efficiency...can't seem to recall the exact cfm but im sure its on this forum somewhere. Factor 2: Minimal fuel needed. This is where most people mess up. See when you're just cruising or idling, your car is using very little fuel, thats fine for stock injectors, but with bigger injectors you run into the problem of having the duty cycle too low...Depending on the style of injector this ranges from between 30-40%. Injectors are designed to function between a certain duty range, anything below this and the spray pattern becomes inefficient leading to idle and off throttle bogging. Even the best ems out there cant help you, b/c no matter how much fuel you cut the spray pattern wont function correctly...Try to think of it as trying to measure out 2mls of water with a garden hose....just doesnt work.
