Work for '04 Mazda3 SP23

Hey y'all... This is my first post, and I'm new to forums. I get the idea, but just need a little help. Does anyone have ideas about what to do to my 2004 Mazda3 SP23? I love working on my car, just don't have anything else to do... I have some money to spend on parts and whatnot... My total budget is probably $650. Does anyone have any parts to sell or anything like that? Ideas maybe? Thanks!

I would go with some preventive maintenance first, it's a10 year old car, there always should be something, unless it was meticulously maintained by previous owner. That what I always do to my cars before modding.
