Will this receiver fit in a P5?

The website its on says that it wont...but i've seen posts here b4 that say that DD receivers will fit. Does anyone know 4 sure?

To answer your question......Most Likely yes.......Because it is a Double Din Deck...........
But if the website says no.........Than maybe you should go down to your closest audio store and see if they have DD decks and ask for more info if it will fit the Protege.........I was gonna get the exact same deck you are showing..........And the guy at Futureshop says it'll fit............The reason I didn't buy it coz of the colour and the cassette.........

Call crutchfield. They will be more than happy to help you out. I've talked to them many times. Actually, I was wondering the same thing. However, it doesn't have security features. So, I think I'll pass.
