will an fmic void our warranty??

Also, from what I heard, the dealerships don't have to prove "beyond a reasonable doubt" that the part caused the failure, but merely prove that the part "could" have been responsible. Now, going in to get my sway bushings changed and they void my warranty for my boost gauge and turbo timer, I'm going to pitch a fit.

lol I hear that about the buschings... Well your right to a degree, they will try for only part of a reason why but if your going to sue them then they are going to push a direct reason behind it.. But like I said, they always have that abusive driveing key. Thats a pain in the ass because if you open anycar up its easy to point something out and say by the looks of that mark or some s*** its been raced alot blah blah blah.. you get the picture?

stupid lazy ass service department lol

True, but usually dealerships cave on little things like that when a letter from your lawyer appears in their mailbox. What's funnier is that people who have NO mods done to their car are having a hard time getting motors replaced because of "abusive driving". It's not unheard of for them to try and get out of warranty work because your tires are showing a little wear prematurely, which is also funny because we have the LOWEST treadwear rating I've ever seen on a brand new vehicle. Conspiracy? I think so......

i don't know what state yall are in, but here in new orleans the mazda dealer who sold me mine is really cool, they told me as long as i don't go into the block itself or crank up the boost, warranty is still good. they have seen my mods and like what i have done to the car, and i have cai, bov, turbo timer, custom hardpipes, exhaust, you might want to call the mazda 800 number and ask someone over there to be certain..

My dealer said it shouldn't void anything and talking to him futher they don't really care about anything I F up they are just happy to do the warranty work.

I have wagner fmic kit and exhaust and my dealer didnt give 2 s**** besides the fact that my 3in downpipe was hitting the cross member
