Will adding 91 octane gas improve horse power?

BMW turbos and to an extent VW turbos had weak cooling systems.

BMW has just redesigned their turbo 4 and straight 6 engines to include a water cooled turbo. The 340 straight 6 was just released and the 330 (old 328) 4 will be released soon.
