Will 195/60 15 fit an 00 ES

I looked for a FAQ or a stickie but not sure.

Stock size is 195-55-15. My priorities are low noise with acceptable winter performance (but I'm aware of inherent tradeoffs).

I once had an 02 Protege 5, and replacing the stock 195/50/16 's on it with 205/50/16 's was no problem, and opened up 3 times more choices of tires, and tires with a little better ride and winter traction characteristics vs. "performance" tires.

Mazda uses weird tire sizes, and same story appears with 195-55-15.

yes they will with no trouble at all, if you want a good tire get teh goodyear assurance aweseome all season tire expecially in snow

OP here. I ended up getting Kumho Ecsta Platinum LX. Not a sporty tire, but quiet, and I'm getting good MPG with them. They were on sale at Tire Rack when I got them, and seemed too good to pass up. No issues with fit.
