Its the dealers.. not mazda, buddy.. and yes, all the dealers I have been to are lazy jackasses... so therefore mazda service = bad.. mazda needs to do something about it.

some dealers are bad, but that goes for any brand of car, my dealer happens to be golden, and even went to bat for me against the rental car company that tried to claim that I damaged thier car. just find a better dealer, or come visit mine

yeah last time I checked dealers are the dicks in your case. BTW try taking it to a certified mechanic. They can do warranty work.

there is only 4 dealerships in my state and ALLLLLLLLL of them are ******* pricks...and mazda of america doesnt give a s***...only to sell cars..
on the other hand all of my local subaru dealers kick ass...i used to have a scooby b4 my mazda...


it makes me want to sell my car just becouse of the BS...also have u guys noticed that mazda will sell u performance parts at the dealership and wont tell u that the parts they are selling will ruin ur waranty....******* PRICKS

service at Stan Olsen VW, Mazda and Porsche is amazing. Perry Barth is the service manager and god he has an amazing service staff. huge(2thumbs) for them here in omaha nebraska

is your exhaust just leaking because the bolts broke on one of the flanges?? if so you can easily fix it yourself or take it to a muffler shop and it should cost next to nothing, i only say this if mazda doesnt do the work for you which to me is pretty ****** lame but hey, thats how alot of them are...

face it - unless you buy an Porsche or such, you're probably getting crappy service. and even then, you're not safe.

MAZDA SUCKS..................................

My dealer had to repalce all kinds of stuff on my MSP when the exhaust fell in half!
They even went through and replaced all the factory turbo hoses because I pointed out to them that they were dry, cracked, and brittle and according to the invoice in some places burnt!
The bushings on the rear were replaced and the mounting hardware.
I had a very pleasent experience with them right down to the loaner car. They got it all done in a single day.
