Who wants dibs on the XEDE PnP System?

a harness is a harness is a harness. a plug and play harness is basically a jumper that goes between the factory harness and factory ecu with the same plugs. whatever system you pick you would wire to the PnP harness rather than the factory harness.

Your terminology confuses me, will the xede be plug and play or does it need to be wired to this intercepting harness?
To me it sounds like your making a harness extension so any piggyback can be spliced into it.

Please clarify.

You got it. Any Piggyback can be plug-n-play if you have the harness that fits the car (in this case MS3). Just wire your favorite piggyback into the harness and plug the harness into the MS3 stock connectors.

So it is not plug and play then.

you cannot remove the factory ECU and plug something in place of it if thats what you mean. you have a harness with male ends and female ends. this is connected to the piggyback. you take that and plug it into the ecu and then plug it into the car. thats plug and play.

No thats not what i mean, maybe i am still misunderstood.
I see 2 distinct ways for you to do this, each with its own advantage. I had typed up a huge response but i find myself confusing the matter so i'll leave it alone.

I'll just wait and see what happens.

Any news or results from the testing? Or is it still being put through tests? So far what are teh results?

For the 3 or the 6?
The 6 is good to go on a few cars now and the 3 was tested and worked and is being installed onto a car here very shortly.
