I don't know what the difference between them are
but, the NGK7e are better, ie, they last longer
and are off better quality, i would opt for them
however, if you just want the dipping to go
and just i guess to be like "normal" again
then, just go for the OEM ones. i have changed them back in
april and the car runs so far fine
