Who has the highest mile/mod ratio?

So far I've ordered 7 mods (4 have come so far and been installed, 2 are on backorder, and 1 is in transit) for the car, and I just ticked over 1000 miles. That gives me a mile/mod ratio of 1 modification for every 140 miles.
