just got back from taking my msp for alittle spin. its just a blast to drive. ive owned my msp goin on alittle over 3 years now and its been my daily all the way up untill about 5 months ago. i picked up a 95 honda civic ex to drive daily so i could focus on my real task at hand, making my msp a show/streed machine. but anyways its seems like my msp almost runs better now that it isnt driven as much, it really just wants to go and its on stock tune right now. i down shifted to 3rd goin about 45 or 50 and the damn thing actually spun the tires and took off like a bat outa hell. anyways im finished lol cant wait to get my big turbo and see wat it does then.

Lets see, I turned down a chance to buy an 01 audi s4 for cheap so that I could build my MSP. That should say something.....:-)

I just drove my MSP for the first time in almost a YEAR! Felt so nice driving it to the other garage 60 feet away! :D My dad was pushing it and i was behind the wheel driving like a madman through our yard! almost got a ticket! I was like NO WAI! lol But atleast The breaks work for me haha.

I just put over 400 miles on the MSP today on a fun run. tons of fun and yes I love driving the MSP. I only put 5000 miles a year on it
and 400 of that is on the fun runs! lol

I'm at 199741 miles and I bought it 2years ago Halloween. So in under 2 years I've put 68k miles on my car. That should say something. But yes I love driving my speed. Had a couple of chances to get rid of her but I said no. And I don't regret it. Now that I have my coilovers on I'm falling in love with the car all over again. I just can't wait to build her and run a bigger turbo on it.

ive drivin some high horsepower cars with some really nice suspension setups on them but none of them feel as crisp and nice as the msp to me

i enjoy mine so much that i just got my car running back in the beginning of august and have over 4000 miles on the rebuilt motor

I have had mine for about three years and almost dumped her for an Evo. But the rarity got to me and the spicy paint just stands out at night under streetlights..lol. Most of the time, I just find reasons to go out and drive mine, like going out to a car wash and vacuuming my car out even though it really doesn't need to be..lol I really fell in love with the car after putting the SSAFC in. It turned into a whole new car after that. I find myself spinning tires through 1-2nd gears, but don't do it that often since I currently have a nonwelded LSD. But it is only a matter of time before I drop in a built motor with a GT3071R and swap the LSD with a Mfactory and upgrade the suspension with some underbody bracing. Steering in this car is tight and well responsive. You really only need a finger or two when it comes to steering with this car and I don't even need to talk about handling and corners...you all know about that already.

i looooove it so much even though im stuck on stock boost, until i see the CEL in gauges and my past due inspection on the windshield -_-

I'm sure ill love driving it even more when I get my ssafc tuned running 10-13psi on gt28rs

Lol spiced, I do the same thing with vaccuuming althought I have been slacking, I'm in need of good vaccuuming

Even with all the problems my car currently has, as soon as I got the motor mount done saturday I went for a drive and instantly remembered how much I love this car. I had my P5 for a long time and I have so much more fun when a turbo is involved, even if it's still fail wheel drive and needs more power. I have a massive exhaust leak and a bad WGA as well and this car still makes me smile.

I love how my gf laughs at me every time I get into my car because I have smile on my face. I'm always looking out the window watching over her. My MSP was my first own car purchase and I know I made the right choice after wating 7 months to buy a car. I have had it for almost 3 years this November. The only thing I have had to replace is the front wheel bearing and rear bushings. Other than that I've just dumped extra money into it. I love how I pass someone one the highway then they get behind me and try to follow my ass on the on or off ramp, watching them all the sudden get on the brakes. Good times all around in mine. Can't wait for the track tires and putting on my coilovers next spring.

I love my MSP. My daily driver is a P5 with a flyin' miata turbo kit but it's not the same. Brakes different, clutch is different, just feels heavy. My MSP feels light and agile in spite of the issues. Waiting for the day when everything is done and I can drive it more often. I took it out yesterday and it just makes me smile everytime I drive it.

Not exactly a MSP but after over 8yrs of ownership and appreciation more Mazdaspeed then most :) She is part of the family and I love to spoil her with fancy things!

My connection with this car is strange, I even get a bit depressed when she's in the shop, the good thing is everytime I get her back she's new and improved.
Sadly enough though eventually we will have to break up. I've got my sights set on a 07 Audi s4/RS4 or Jeep SRT8 I might settle for the C63 but I really want the AWD!!

I'd just like to drive it again.. Currently surrender at 17 months in the garage! Owned for nearly 4 years and have put 10287 miles on it! No lie!

Sometimes I try to talk my way out of keeping it, but I see pictures of it and I know that I am suppose to keep it. I have never had a car that I just wanted to keep, I usually flip cars every few months. But considering that my wife drove this car for 5 years I never got a chance to sell it. Now I just want to build it.
