Whiteline RSB 'clunk' on uneven surfaces?

I've been noticing this faint clunking noise coming from the rear as I usually back out of my driveway or go up an approach. I put the rear end of the car up and found my RSB had slid about 1" to the right (pass. side) and was off center. Checked bushing brackets and found them tightened to spec, and endlinks were intact without any signs of wear.

I'm lowered on H&Rs, and I did shave down the lower edge of the RSB to make room for clearance on the lower control arms. Anyone else experience this, and if so, any suggestions for reducing the noise?

Greaseable sway bar bushings from energy, and make sure the end links are tight and aren't seized

I'll put it up this weekend and check the endlinks in more detail. That's one area that might be loose. I put Loctite on the threads, but they could have worked loose, I've seen it happen before.
