Ok if you look closely at the thick rubber bead that goes around our windshield, there is a little rubber flap that extends from the bead towards the body/paint. This little rubber flap can eaisily be pulled up with your finger, credit card, etc.. This little flap that was put on our car for looks and to cover up the canyon between the windsheld and the body is what whistles/vibrates and makes all that damn noise at 80+ Mph. Mazda paid for the windshield dudes to come to my house, and they said that I could either cut it off and have it look like crap (Grand Canyon), or put a urethane caulk underneath it so it sticks to the car. I opted for the caulk. I have driven it for 2 days and up to 105mph with no noise. I got so use to the whistle I miss it now.. heh!
