Yeah, you can buy really cheap tool sets that honestly are good enough for most people. I have ramps and a jack. The ramps I have came with extenders for cars that are lowered, you may be able to find somethign like that. Go out and spend about $100 on tools and you'll still be cheaper than any place would charge to instal a motor mount. You could also find a buddy with some tools and save some money. Or maybe ask around on here. People tend to be very willing to help out fellow Mazda owners. I'm sure you could either borrow thier stuff or have them do it in exchange for a 6pk of their favorite beer.
