FYI.. The center ring has a habit (or did) of coming loose after a while. Ask Dave (dkbodde) if he has fixed this issue, and if not, just make sure you put enough double sided tape on it to hold it well. And use quite a bit of force when pushing them in and then hold it down for a few minutes. Seriously. You won't damage anything and it should help with the slippage.

Dave pressure fits the center ring now too, so no problems with it coming off anymore. He offers both polished and brushed(pictured) aluminum rings for about $35, along with a cd with a video on how to install them. It's easy and cheap, and they look awesome.
