Not far from what I'm running, also on stock suspension. Taken from my sig line: 5Zigen FN01R-C (Hot Version) in Silver, 18x7.5, +43, 17.5 lbs each. Yokohama S-Drives 225/45/18.
I found that I had to roll the rear fenders in order to eliminate rubbing on bumps & uneven road surfaces. Wasn't an issue so much with cornering. But a good bump in the road would rub & it was chewing into the shoulders of my tires.
I paid a body shop pro to roll my fenders. Cost me $90, if I recall, but he also installed my TRZ Dogbone RMM on the same visit. But honestly, after seeing him do it, I'll tackle it myself next time. No special tools, either. Small sledge hammer and a block of wood wrapped in a soft cloth. Put the block of wood on the outside edge of the fender to brace it & tap the inner edge gently with the sledge. Move back & forth gradually, making several passes to get the full roll done. No more than 20-30 minutes each side.
