The class action windshield lawsuit against Mazda? Last year there were some trial lawyers trolling for bites. Now the link says "page not found":

My guess: When they crunched the rate of damage of CX-5 windshields they came out the same or less than competing vehicles so they chalked it up to mass hysteria, cut their losses and ran.

Mazda likely handled the consumers in a way that satisfied them and the prospect of being involved in a lawsuit with minimal pay-off and work on their part providing documentation, etc. just lost appeal when they got their fixed windshield and year of free oil changes.
