OK i am really wanting a new car. Have been since last year about the summer time. Well now that i found one i really want (MSP). I just need to decide if i want to wait some more months for the other colors, or just get the black.

Here is my delima. If i were to get the black i have nothing to put down except my trade in(1992 Saturn Sl1 Type R ). If i wait a couple months then i can have a nice down payment, and get a color i like.


Really thinkin about that blue but no pics or even what the blue might look like?

Wait.
Any money you can add to a downpayment is money you don't have to pay over time.
It's the smartest thing to do.
AND, when you've got the cash, you will REALLY appreciate the car that much more.

Not trying to start crap but I am going to call the rice flag on you for calling your Saturn a Type R. the only Type R's ever made were by honda in the Integra and Civic. A badge doesn't make you a type R. I seriuosly thought you were comparing an integra type r and the MSP. that would be a tough choice but comparing a Saturn to the MSP> Hands down. BLACK MICA MSP!!!!

It is going to be a very, very long wait until you can get your hands on a blue MSP. They are slated for "late" release, which in MSP delivery terms means 2004. I would do what makes sense for you financially but waiting for the blue MSP is going to a lot longer of a wait than you probably want. Good luck making your decision!

About the Type R it is a joke.. that is it i have gottin gripped about it and i really dont care..all your suppose to do is laugh because a saturn is produced in Tn.

Thought it was funny, just making sure you weren't to serious. I loved the handling and all....but it isn't a type r. Though wish Saturn would have made a more powerful sport coupe. Oh well, those days are long gone.

I'd wait for the blue one.
No sense in having no money left over and basicly being broke for a few months or getting the color you don't want.
Be calm it will come out and hopefully it will have some of the current MSPs issues resolved.

The only thing that gets me down is no fog lights! but hey that is what the Aftermarket world is for..

Oh and about a more powerful coupe there is a Ion Quad coupe that is gonna have a Turbo in it. it is prosumed to have 200hp coming out of the Ecotec engine.. i have to see it to believe it.(gotta love workin for a car dealership)

Ya heard of the new coupe, but there was other promises of a Turbo coupe that never happen. Kinda of like Our MazdaSpeed promises for the P5 and other cars. Mostly promises nothing else

yes they are producing 2,000 Ion Quad Coupe Turbo. They will be out late this year or very early in 2004. Also Saturn is producing a Mini van, a Pcik up SUV, and the Saturn SKY (kinda like the Miata)....oh and no more dent-resistant doors as of 2005
