ms3 is for driving, not a garage queen.
This is the best reply so far. The speed3 was designed to be an excellent daily driver. its fun to drive, its economical to drive. you dont need a 2nd car to drive to work.
sure some cars get better gas mileage but do you want to drive them? Whatever you save in gas you will lose on insurance, inspections, repairs, and cost to buy.
I see guys justifying a motorcycle to their wives because they get 50mpg.. they are like "BUT HONEY ILL save like $500 a month on gas because my Silverado 1500 is like Super GAS HOG" So they spend $9,000 on a motorcycle and then they are like "well i cant ride it 9 months a year because its like cold out and raining -- i cant bring items with me, so it just sits in the garage" So instead of saving them $500 a month in gas -- it saves them $50 in gas and costs them $200 a month payment and $50+ a month insurance...
I have a motorcycle but i ride 4+ days a week rain or shine. in my case it wasnt to save gas, but because i didnt want to fix my clunker car.
I also dont understand why people get new tires on their MS3/MS6 all the time. i bought my car with 14,900 miles and ive only replaced the tires once because i had nails going through the sidewall -- it wasnt fixable around 40,000. I have 61,000 now and they still got plenty of tread on them. rotate your tires, make sure you have alignment is good... they should last 20-30k miles.
