I'm gonna be needing some tire when I get my rims, hopefully in the next month or so. Which one's should I get? I was thinking Toyo's T1-S. I kind of want to stay with 205/45 but they're kinda hard to find. What are most of you rolling on if you've bought new tires? Anyone rolling 205/40 or 215/40? TIA ;)

WOW, you guys are just full of information. I really appreciate all the replies. Thanks...... :D Gotta love some sarcasm everyonce and a while. :(

i would have replied but i'm still rollin stock. I can tell u that toyo is some top quality s***. I had them on my old supra

yeah u are goin the right way with the toyo's, as for the size that is the same place i am in...what size do we buy since DUMB ASS MAZDA decides to put a size tire out from DUNLOP that 9 outta 10 manufactures dont HAVE!!!!!!!!.....someone help us out...

I think the Dunlops ROCK! Why don't you just use the stockers on the new rims? That would be my choice and economical as well ;)

Apex i'm going to have to check it out for you. So far i think they do stick better also
good on wet roads. The Dunlops are a good
tire but a bit high priced. Mavis Tire quoted me 203.00 per tire. The only reason i changed is because i flat spotted all 4 Dunlops during a emergency stop.

Apex here you go
WearRating:300
Traction:A
Temp:A
The wear rating is not so good! I dont need
a high rating i dont drive that much anyway.
Had car since July only have 6534 miles on it.

I'm going with Kuhmo Supra 712's good tire to price ratio. Not too expensive but grip very well for the money and the V rates have a 340 treadwear rating.

I am going with Yokahama Parada's. They come in 205/45/17, are Z rated, and a treadwear of 300. Traction and temp are both A. I had a set on my 2000 Eclipse, no complaints.

I'm thinking I'll probably end up buying Toyo, Nitto, Bridgestone or Pirelli PZero. I'll stay away from Parada because those suckers are loud once the tread goes down a bit. Kuhmo's would definately be a sted down from what we're get from the factory. Pirelli PZero offer 205/45/17. I will definately look into the Falkens though
