Hey just bought a new set of dunlop sp winter sport m3's and was wondering what psi do you guys run for your winter tire setups? The shop recommends 40 but I just wanted to see if anyone else had any info...

40 is above the recommended 38 and I bet the ride would be stiff as hell.

Personally I run both the summer and winter tires at 34 in the front and 36 in the back.

Yea Run them the recommended tire pressure and it should be just fine, even if you down graded the size.

I run mine at 37 Front / 35 Rear. I have Winter Sport M3's as well and absolutely love them! At that PSI, I can literally drive the car like it's on the stock Potenza's! They handle remarkably well for winter tires! I'm a believer, that's for sure!

FWIW, Mazda manual says to run 4 psi higher than the normal recommended cold psi.

I run 2 psi higher in the front because the bulk of the weight is up front, whereas the rear is a lot lighter, with hardly anything back there.
