What oil should i use?

Hey Guys, as you can see i'm a newb. I'm also a newb to my 2k7 mazdaspeed3. Bought it a few months ago with 5k miles on it, and now it's time for an oil change. So what should i use to keep my baby running smooth. It is bone stock, and likely will stay mostly stock for the remainder of its life.

So what full synthetic and what weight should i use?

a lot of people just use Penzoil Platnum 10w30 or mobile 1. You could spend more and run royal purple, but doubful you would see anymore performance other than just having super cool purple oil. I'm using PP 10w30 for the summers and 5w30 for winters
