what manifold is this? you must know

I know ive seen this before but I cant remember or find who makes it.

While it's a hair different, it appears to be the Turbonetics 626 T3 manifold. I run one like it myself.
 
That is the 626/Protege/Probe made by us (HiBoost) for the T3 style turbo flange, but that is not our big boost turbo manifold. Yes you can get it thru Turbonetics also. We supply them with these units.

In the pic they have a DSM T25, but the flange is clearly a T3. Do You make this for a DSM T25? Reason i ask is i have a DSM T25 that i converted to a custom clipped t3 cold side witht he stock hot side I love the turbo but would like a better flowing mani than my log i made. I thought about making a tubular one but have been very busy lately. This one looks like it puts the turbo in about the same spot as mine and would be easy to make work.
 
i have that..and yes it is upside down..nice manifold I like it..even tho I have a leak between it and the turbo..
