Which intake?

I wussed out when I read all the reports that HKS filter elements suck the big one at filtering out dirt particles.

Now I have the Cobb with Amsoil dry filter on.

Why didn't you just get a new filter instead of a whole new intake?(hi)

Well, so far Cobb maintains it's lead with MS3 CAI in very close second. Although, the MS3 CAI does have the advantage of being the first one on the market. I should have left the Begi off the poll, since no one has it, and had Corksport and HKS as choices instead. Oh well, I was actually unaware of those two before this poll was opened. Hopefully this puts the "Which intake should I get?" questions to rest......at least temporarily.

He was worried about LTFT from no air straightener.

Haha well that's part of it, but the main reason is the HKS piping is so long there just isn't room for a canonical filter on the end of it.

Even with an air straightener, my LTFT's are super crappy with the Cobb. Oh well, at least I'm not sandblasting my impeller.

COBB SRI for me. Bought it for the price/easy self-install. And I love the look of that big fat filter in the engine bay.

Well, looks like the voting has tapered off. The clear winner is Cobb SRI with 1/3 the votes. The Nano did surprisingly well, seeing as it has not been out very long, almost equalling the MS3 CAI, with approx 45% votes total going to either of these.

HPS CAI chopped to make a short ram...

Damn i gotta clean my engine bay (burnout)

Just installed my COBB SRI yesterday and love the sound, from videos I'v seen the Forge BPV should compliment it well.
