What have you done to your P5 today?

Installed the new struts and mounts tonight, annnnnnnnnd it didn't solve wheel shimmy issue.

Still debating whether I should go to Toronto this weekend for Meeting of the Mazdas...

Installed the Corksport stubby antenna today. Protege5 isn't listed as a vehicle that it fits, but it does if anyone else is interested.

Thanks guys. Its always nice hearing people like your car!

Now I just need to quit being lazy and readjust the Corksport mudflaps since mounting the diffuser made them sit funny.

I went with the Corksport ones just because I felt like supporting a local Mazda performance company but since they were wade for the mazda3(I believe) it required a little more custom mounting. If I was to do it over again I probably would go with the rally armor ones just for ease of installation. But atleast it's unique being the only p5 with Corksport mudflaps to my knowledge :)

Cholland: those wheels are sexy. Kudos!

FINALLY got her washed and waxed. First time waxing... didn't turn out too bad IMO. I'll have pics tomorrow when the sun is nice and high.

I'll try and get some pics in the morning, but keep in mind the rears sit funny right now. And on the fronts you can barely see one of the mounting holes outside the fender. Considering they were made for a different car I think it turned out alright.

There's a metal pin (I guess you could call it that) that holds everything together. I used a small screwdriver and pushed it threw in order to get it out.

And here is the "carbon fiber" mistake:

Awesome! Thank you SO much! Good thing I have an extra set of handles! Those are getting painted with my window switch trims. Thanks!

Finished replacing my clutch and remounted the tranny.
That was fun...
Not too bad though, If only it wasnt 90 degrees out

That's great, how long did it end up taking you?

EDIT: The P5 is going to Toronto tomorrow morning; looking forward to seeing some fancy Mazdas :-)

Sweet!

Lowered the front another 1/4" and off to get an alignment in a few! Finally happy with how the car sits. Photoshoot soon.
