What have you done to your P5 today?

My birthday was today!! I got a sick dremel and a pack of like a billion sorted bits from my uncle. Gunna get me some Staggs like those^^ and either Tanabe gf210's or tein H-techs, cant decide. Dont wanna go too low in the back cuz ive got 215/40/17 +40 offset wheels that i still really like and i dont want no rubbin' or excessive camber. Also gettin' some escape front endlinks, some camber bolts for the back, and an mx6 rear tower bar. I do like the raked look, but i cant decide on springs. Help me out!!

there are more then a handful of brand new lips left in North America...

happy b-day! for the raked look you might need msp rear struts, they have a higher spring perch. I haven't lowered my p5 so i'm not sure if just adding certain springs will give the rake.

Good call, Nate. The P5 on the left is on Tokico blues and Tein S-techs for a P5. The P5 on the right is on the same spring/shock set-up but for an MSP.

Well... Keep in mind I was on 18's, with tires about an inch and a half taller than yours... Not to mention my right side wheels were in the ditch, not on the street. But yeah. Since an MSP is heavier, the springs don't compress as much.

EDIT: Disregard. I was on Levi's 17's. But the tires were still significantly taller. I believe you had 215/40-17's, and I was on 205/50-17's.

Clean Di-Noc install!

Tightened everything down and reinstalled the subframe with the AAC links in it. Unfortunately, some of the end bushings are wrong, but Noah is making it right and sending me the correct parts tomorrow overnight. Couldn't finish bolting everything up so I:

Polished the s*** out of my muffler/exhaust tip :icon_lol:
Wiped down the entire subframe and sway bar
Re-glued the magnets on my license plate and wrapped the back of the plate in duct tape
Cleaned up and organized my garage more

Pic of links, rsb, exhaust, and my pedobear reflection...

That's a very clean P5, I doubt it would even be possible to unbolt my rear subframe without a torch =/

I was thinking the same thing about removing the subframe. lol! You Cali and TX guys have it soooo good.

Finally fixed my passenger door window switch. Only 4 months later. all I had to do was add the turn screws into the plate to make it stay there.

Added a siren as an aux horn.

just need warmer weather to start modding
