What have you done to your P5 today?

lol you're crazy. Removing the intake mani is the easiest way. I actually did it without removing the intake mani or dropping the subframe. Needless to say, it wasn't too much fun :D

I am hoping to get my inlaw's truck this winter so I can garage my car and put the turbo in. I think I will put it on blocks and do the subframe way too....

Nah just pull of the intake mani. Trust me it will be pretty easy once you do. If you're already doing a turbo build, chance are you're gonna like to have access to the back of the block anyway.

I usually access the back of the block from the bottom. I have a Pit available at the inlaw's farm.... It's nice to marry into that kind of thing. I have the front mount and side inserts but I still get alot of engine rock on hard shifts... I wish I could put that rear mount in sooner...

I removed the intake mani to install my rear motor mount too. It's not that difficult. Just takes some time but a heck of a lot easier than dropping the subframe, IMO. But if you do drop the subframe, why not upgrade your front sway bar while you're there? ;)

Probably the best time to do it.... But I didn't lol

Working on the 440 injectors. Changing the coil packs/ wires / plugs
Didn't change anything.... So going to slap the 440s in cuz I have the
And see what's up.

I have a 4ft. and a 2 ft. lol helped with the rear mount.

Changing coil packs and messing around with the ssafc today. Lets see how that goes.

Had the bolt not started spinning free next step was using my 5 foot bench press bar. If I, a large, angry man who is fairly strong, can't break it free with that I'm just giving up and taking it in.

Car looks good with those rims...I like the non-blacked lights on the silver too...

Simon, thanks for the help...not sure if I fixed the problem or not for sure...just drove about 20 miles with no problems but it could always come back...ended up changing coils packs to the ones I just got in from Signature as well as taking out and blocking the CC and cleaning all the lines out near the MAP and left side of IM...

nice! good to hear! i remember when i first put on the 626 mani and i accidentally left the MAP sensor unplugged, car ran like asshole lol
be sure to post up if anything else pops up

I just had to remove the air intake, battery tray and EGR valve to easily get at the rear MM.

got set up with lifetime alignments from firestone, should be sweet. pays for itself after 2 visits

Hell ya... take advantage of it... but also get to know the guys there... ive taken my car in twice a month for awhile... they love it. Im in and out in like 20 min and they get paid.

i washed and waxed...checked out the damage since i ripped out the fender liner..fixed that up..sparyed my front sway bar bushings with grease...help with the squeak... went for a drive and its back... i just dont want to replace them hearing about how much of a b**** they are..
