Not sure. I have to take a look. I went under to change them out for my mother in laws escape. Saw them and was like... Hey these will fit well in my car. + they are more beefier. I have had them on for about 5k miles. Still good.
Well now that the car is back, I was able to install the variable speed intermittent wiper switch that I got for 20 bucks. I absolutely love it. Also bought some new wiper blades (Duralast Flex or whatever their premium new one is) and they work the same as the rainx ones I had on it before. I'm very pleased. I have to figure out if I have time to do the battery relocation sometime soon. I also have a potential new spot for the oil catch can since the cruise control was removed. We'll see how everything goes.
i took mine out a while back lol i hated having that s*** clutter up the engine bay, plus i never used it...i can actually remove the oil filter from the top of the engine bay now
which...is cool lol
and good to know hkpro5, ill go pick some of those up today and try to put them in when it stops raining
Simply due to the fact that I realized I NEVER use it. Especially since I boosted the car. The cruise makes the car over rev and go into full boost for as long as it feels like without any consideration to the car. I didn't even use it when I drove 14 hours down and 14 hours back straight to and from Florida and that was before I was boosted. The other reason is cause it gives me extra room in the engine bay which in my case might be enough for my oil catch can.
I wish I had cruise... Although, I wouldn't like mixing cruise control with boost, either. I've heard to many horror stories with it ******* up vacuum...

Having driven a turbo'd P5 with CC on a 12 hour round trip before, I can tell you it's not really that big a deal, mostly because when you're cruising along you're not in boost. That said, on hills where it would creep into boost it would kind of fritz out (because the CC actuator has no idea wtf to do with positive pressure lol), but nothing too bad, and definitely not a 'horror' story....
Well I just got back inside after installing the oil catch can (FINALLY!) after almost a few months of having it (first signature sound catch can made lol). Found the perfect place to mount it and used the pump mounting kit from frozen boost to mount it where my cruise control unit was. I also installed the universal plastic rallyarmor mudflaps a couple weeks ago as well as new lug nuts. Here's some pikchurs!!
