What have you done to your P5 today?

I've decided that when the money is good and I can get another set of projectors I'm going to go with a red cutoff shield so it looks like this:

Ya! I'm redoing my interior this week too lol still unsure what I'm going to use but suede sounds good lol

yea i just want the blacked out interior look.
the only thing that will not be black are the lights in the dash and the trim pieces which will be redone in sunlight silver or any other silver i can get.

i would have done suede in my car but i wanted something crazy lol im going to redo my interior soon with a diff print fabric, not sure what yet, but its def going to be brown
and yes there is a reason behind that lol

i feel ya the different look is always the way to go, so you dont look like others, but for me im basically the only p5 around here in Dallas....besides Matt V but his car is yellow and we both look completely diff from eachothers.

Let's see.....drove Tam to work, on the way home stopped at Autozone to pick up oil and filters for the 3's first oil change and my father-in-law's Saturn tomorrow, stopped at bank to cash check, went home to paint calipers. Picked Tam up for lunch at OG, stopped at local PD to get new parking permit stickers for the cars, dropped Tam back at the office. Drove to nursery in NJ to pick up flowers, stopped at Wegmans on the way home to grab ingredients for a desert we are taking to a picnic tomorrow, came home and cleaned Tamz wheels. Drove daughter to dance, then stopped at the mall to pay-off a bill, off to the office to pick Tam up, came home. Picked daughter up from dance, drove to Martins Creek to watch my bro-in-law play baseball, stopped at the in-laws house where I swapped keys for an 02 Saturn L200 with Tamz dad.

Thats funny because my door trim is silver while the cup holder, radio bezel is a flat black. (some what the theme you are going for. lol)

How do you recover the door panels...I have no idea...is there a how to somewhere...

There are two ways to do it. You can cut a template and put it on and tuck it. (which kinda does not work as well.

Or just peel the foam off the door, use that as a template and cover the foam with the material then stick it back on. (use 3m spray glue)

either way you have to remove the door handle, lock and window switch.

yes the second method is ALOT better, and will be alot nicer and easier than the first way lols

getting adhesive off the doors sucks! i really need to find that 3m remover. its taking forever to do with some other stuff i already had.

Wal Mart sells the 3M Adhesive Remover.

installed my HIDs and i need a relay.. anyone point me to a good tutorial or explain what i need for them. idk what the hell im doing but the flickering is annoying and needs to be fixed. today. lol

well that doesn't really help with where to get that high strength stuff. if the 3m at walmart is all I can find without ordering then I'll just get that. I'd like to finish this this weekend
