Not driving mine this week...

Noticed an "odd" noise in the front last week on the way home from work. When I checked into it on Friday, first thinking I lost a wheel weight, I'm able to move my drivers wheel up and down and side to side when up in the air. So does this mean one of my new wheels bearing just failed? Not the same noise at speed, a different noise...

Also noticed after replacing the passenger-side output shaft seal, now the drivers side is leaking...

With all of that "play" in the drivers front wheel I don't want to mess up my good tires by driving it. Headed out of town on Thursday so I'll be driving the bimmer for the next two weeks, won't have time to mess with it until two weekends from now...

Actually in that thread link someone posed those wheels blacked out on a white Mazda3, and it actually looks pretty good, lol...

Not sure about black wheels on a black car though, I guess when done right.

nope to uncomfortable for daily driving.

If i do end up getting harnesses they will be Schroth rallye 4s.

BUt as for the now the stock belt will do. Harnesses will just make it harder to turn around in the seat to check my blind spot and reach for things.
