Washed and waxed her today. Also got an idea of just how crappy the yellow paint is on our cars.

And I thought the previous owner drove like a douche bag! I guess the paint is poopy. But I looked closely at my 22v Proty5 and the paint is actually pretty when it's clean.
Oh yeah, I added a tiny crack on my bumper while going to the grocery store last night. I cried for 15 seconds.

Went for a drive with my daughter to get ice cream and when we got home I smelled something burning. Popped the hood and found this.
I did know there was a small leak from the vc gasket area but as you can see it has progressed. lol
Is this a simple vc gasket swap and done (I actually have a new one in the garage waiting to be installed) or is there more I should be worried about?
I checked the oil level right after I turned the car off and it was full. Just checked it again (45 minutes later) and it is still reading full. Last oil change was done on November 7th with a full four qts.

Thanks Mark. I plan on doing it tomorrow morning before the fish come on tv but I gotta remember where in the hell I put my socket set!!!! Might just have to make a quick trip to Sears first.

Replaced burnt headlight bulb with bkup, fresh mobil1/purolator micronic filter, rotated tires & fresh ZFR5s. Now, hookan heliarc my kracked lower tie brace? I can of course....if I had the damn heliarc.

Rebuilt the hood latch and admired the rust.
Whoa that is rusted pretty bad.
That's a hella good price on the hood.

i did yellow overlays, then decided i liked the look of the clear stockers while off, and installed PIAA yellow foglight bulbs instead
Wife didn't like the yellow overlays either. So, i had to remove em
But, i am still a fan of the yellow overlays on the blue
