What have you done to your P5 today?

gonna paint headliner, while its out?
Dude..What are you talking about...But yes...I actually am going to re-do it to a black material while its out.

The headliner was removed to remove the Original Roof rack which bolts through the roof inside the car..It has to come down to remove the roof rack to install the smoothe rain channels.
To get the headliner out..you have to remove all of the panels you see out on the ground..Its a lot of work.

Ans you remove as much as possibble when painting a car for a better looking ,more OEM appearing job.

I meant painting the headliner with plastic & fabric paint. Just meant if its out, you might as well take advantage while its out.

It actually has a small bad spot at the rear..so I have to re-cover it to make it look nice..or I would just paint it up like the others have.

Don't mean to s*** on your parade or anything but taking the headliner out isn't THAT big of a pain. Just a tiny bit time consuming.

man i wish i had the time to pull off the headliner... anyone know how much more difficult it is with the sunroof to remove??

oh took a couple more pics...

Well no poo Sherlock.
Time consuming is right....I never said it was hard.....But it was in 90* heat with High humidity ....and was... very much..a pain.

By the way, I ordered my new seats today. Two tone white and black to match the interior as well as the seat covers in the back. I called the guy and he said that he is currently out of that style but said he is getting a shipment in as soon as it clears customs and gets shipped to him. Reputable seller, good reviews and he was available for phone conversation. Now I just can't wait to get the seats. I'll keep you all posted

adjusted coilovers...rides gorgeous. but blew a brand new tire a few days ago from my fitment and lack of federal tires not stretching.

federal tires suck ass
i have them and they are the worst tires ive had

they (wheelsnext) gave me a 205/40 for a 7.5 inch wheel so it supposed to stretch a little
but it doesnt, it just makes the center of the tire bow in and causes m steering to go crazy on uneven roads

saving up for some kumhos, never can go wrong there

Just ordered a bunch or oil system parts (I need to stop spending money!). Basically I'm going to be overhauling my entire oil feed/return system with new lines and fittings, new oil pan, new oil gauges and so far I've got pretty much everything except the pan (working things out with AWR). Hopefully after this I will have more confidence in the car's oil deliver department.
