What have you done to your P5 today?

you have a link to the raidiator shroud?

installed today:

Stock Pulley Weight: 5 lbs 0.6 oz
RR-Racing UDP Weight: 1 lb 6.4 oz

There are the weight specs for the two pulleys. RR-Racing's pulley weighs over 3 pounds LESS than the stock pulley, not to mention the smaller diameter of the pulley itself

Nice Mark. The 03.5 bumper will look sweet on your car!

thanks jeff....ya, the dg lip is really too low for NE..the roads just plain suck! anyway, i'll sell the lip and use the original bumper for winter and the 3.5 in summer

The Newst thing ive done for my P5 was to join this forum. Looks like a good place to start the fun and games of moding my new car. I have a 2003 Yellow P5 with 72,000miles that i got for 7,700. allready was cold air intake Rally sport exhaust, Nice sound and i added Sirius radio. I want to add headers, rims and maybe new subs but thats down the road a bit. I happy i found you guys hope I can find some helpfull tips on makeing My P5 more (My P5)

Oil change... ordered RPF1s (thanks AUTORND, Rishie!!!), now I just have to order my tires. Probably some of the new Bridgestone RE-01R tires, they are massively grippy.

OOOOOooooo good choice! What size did you go with? I'm really torn between some 17x7.5 RPF1's (15 lbs w00t) or some 16x7 Gram Lites 57c's. Do you think 225/45R16's on a 16x7 wheel with a +46mm will work (I wouldn't mind rolling fenders). I really want something wider than 215 and unfortunately for 17" the next size up is 225/45 which is probably way to big (and heavy!).

sure!
http://www.thompson-automotive.com/Air_Horn.html

this was a really easy mod.

i have a mint blue grill so getting to the stock horn and replacing it may be easier that with a stock grill...? not sure, maybe bruce can chime in here?
anyway, i was able to reach in from the top and remove the bolt, disconnect the wire and pull out the stock horn in about 3 mins.

i used the bracket that come with the horn listed above and just turned in so the flat part would meet the frame, use the existing bolt hole, attached the ground to the stock bolt, attached the power lead to the + terminal...bolted it back on and i was done. i'll attache some pics tonight.
you need one wrench and about 30 mins start to finsh (even less)!!(cool) i love the sound as well!
Thanks a lot. This gives me a good idea of what I'm dealing with (rockon)
