I put my OEM bra on...waiting for the skiing! Northshore, here we come...

Noooo! Take it off unless you only have it on for short time spans. They destroy paint.

Here's those dirty pictures I promised you Chris..

That is probably going to be my last wash for the winter unless it is nice again by the time I go home for Christmas break, but I'm doubting and hoping it won't be. It's time to ski !!

The car idles, shifts and runs much better now. I now am a beliver in the seafoam treatment. I smoked/steamed up the neighborhood pretty good. It's well worth it and takes no time at all! It was fun to climb under the car and get reaquainted. It was a good weekend!

- Exterior detail with Porter Cable 7424, Yellow pad and 3M FI2, Grey pad and Klasse AIO; several little blemishes are now gone :)

- Wal-Mart for Rhino Ramps and rear wheel chocks; I have a jack and stands, but his is much safer, easier, and faster]

- Oil change with M1 5.30 and M1 filter, and topsider evacuation [good thing too; l looks like my oil drain bolt is slightly stripped (pissed)]

- Scheduled ding removal for next weekend

i had a fun time with my p5 on my thanksgiving break from school a lot of spirited driving with some friends down open highways and backroads i think i finally had the balls to max out too

Love my PC 7424 as well. Got pics?
It really is tough to beat. The paint was in decent shape, but there were so many little areas that needed some attention, I just decided to go over the whole car with that setup.

Re: pics - Not since the detail, but the Silver certainly has more depth. The car wasnt at 100%; I have some dings that need removing, and, I have some minor upgrades in store for this week, so no pics; next Sunday hopefully Ill have some nice ones.

  • the stock wheels are being refinished / PCd then clad in P205/50ZR-16 Pirelli PZero Nero M&S [OEMs are bubbling up a from salt in MI I think, and the stock Dunlops are still on and worn oddly; not bald(yeeeck)]
  • Eibachs
  • Alignment

I told myself I wanted to keep this car stock, but these are just a few things to do to make it sharp. I can stop, anytime, really.

Rob, the 1st step is Admitting you have a problem. If you can't do that, we can't help you!

If my wife says I have a problem, does that count? :)
