I'll trade you your MAM kit for the HIDs if you want :)

Clearly I went 186+ MPH far too often because after 10k miles they are totally worn down. I made an appointment today for mounting/balancing/alignment but they can't get me in until May 17th.

I'm going to give them another call tomorrow to see if maybe it would work better for them if I get the alignment done on some day before the tire mounting. They'll have the tires at their shop tomorrow drop shipped from Tirerack.com so I don't think they really want them sitting around for that long.

I definitely don't want to go anywhere else though

22.50 a tire for mounting, 4 dollars for disposal of old tires and new valve stems, and 75-100 for alignment.

I thought this was how your Massachusetts "bahtah" system worked, no? Fine, I'll add a case of sugar free red bull (from what I gather in the barter system it is worth 2x regular red bull) to the HIDs, that should be plenty :)

I washed my car this afternoon. Can't wax it yet. I still have to clean under the hood. Its still dirty from when we painted the car.

I hung my head in shame at the drive thru...
My exhaust was rattling against the frame
AND
My squeaky endlinks sound like a creaky mattress.

Kumho's website says that they don't make that model with a Z rating.... but my tires definately say 215/40/ZR17...

WTF??

I am just missing something because I am retarded?

your tires can be zr and not have a z rating. i work with tires every day and we have zr tires that are rated at 93Y, 95W, etc.

Got an alignment today after changing the suspension the other week. While I was at the shop, some guy was there with his suburban and a busted rear diff. He commented on my car - AND CALLED HER CUTE! grrrrrr This is the first time that's ever happened to me (no word of a lie)...

Well, today I picked up and installed my AEM intake it took me all of 1 hour and no problems. I got a hell of a deal on it $100.00 + tax = $105.00 (ebay, FTW(first) ). I don't understand how people ass up these installs, I think you have to be as dense as a block of wood to screw it up. I got it from Altered Atmosphere in Gaithersburg, MD. I must admit they're a real stand up kinda shop, I was really impressed. I think I'd recommend them to anyone.

That's a nice price. It's cheaper than I paid for the eBay CAI plus a new filter.

finished installing new wheel bearing last night. Now I do not have the slight steering wheel shake @ 70 mph, and hopefully my tire wear issues will go away.
