I modified (i.e. cut up) the original tie-down strap so I could use the fuse box bolts to tie it down. Then cut and rethreaded the 'j' hook and viola that thing isn't going anywhere.

The battery was ridiculously expensive ~$150 IIRC. I got a good deal on it at only $30.00 since one of my best friends had no use for it.

nice and small though.

It's less cranking power than an optima, but I'm not worried about it. It start the car just fine. The fact that it's so much smaller and about 1/2 the weight is worth it for me.

Anyone know were to begin looking for flex a lite radiator fans? Or how much they even cost? Depending on cost, I think I want to do that next.

Paid for Thunder header in Protephile's group buy. Can't wait till it comes in.....6-8 weeks is a long time but it will give me time to save up for Racing Beat cat back. Whoot! Good things are happening to the lil red sled.

Oh yeah....removed the fugly orange side-markers and painted/smoked w/ black spray paint. It actually turned out great! Pictures to come when I get hail dents fixed on Monday (5/1).
