Since my P5 is at the shop my wife is driving the truck. I went to take our 66 mustang to go to work today. Turned the key and dead optima battery. I had left the radar detector on since last Tuesday night.

So I used my riding lawn mower to jumpstart the Mustang.

Makes me want to buy a wire feed welder and take care of it myself.

I'm beginning to think this crack could be the reason my CEL intermittently illuminates

Where was it? Flange, collector? Wanna know where to watch out for. Was there big bump involved? How tight is the rest of the exhaust? Is there flex piece in the midpipe or not? How many miles on it?

on the top of one of the runners (the rest is wrapped, so I need to to an inspection

stock spring bolts on midpipe
stock exhaust hangers
stock engine mounts

not sure on the miles, but its been installed for about a year (bought it used from when a buddy went F/I)

I did hit a curb a couple months ago, however I'm not connecting the two incindents because of the time difference.
