Mine needs a wash again... because yes, black mica is the devil when it comes to staying clean.

Oh by the way, Happy Fathers Day.

Yeah, I used a big assed pry bar to man-handle the derned things out.MyZmZm said:I know EXACTLY what you mean... this happened to me, but thankfully only on the one side. Ended up using a crow bar to pry the stock strut out and jerry-rigging up something for the abs sensor cord. But yeah, does make it a little interesting...

I gotta buy 2 non foulers today to get ready for my header install this weekend.

The 'clip' that the abs cable is in has a hole through it to go through the bolt that you broke... but you have another one or two bolts on the strut that you can easily attach it to instead. We just bent/turned the clip accordingly (we may have had to drill out the hole in the clip to make it bigger, I can't remember now) and just attached it to the strut there. Voila, works like a charm - and no zip ties to fuss with or worry about catching in something or melting..paul said:I was thinking of using some zip-ties arranged in a fancy manner to hold it down. Either that or i'll use a quick tig weld
Nah, I'll be done with the whole thing on wednesday. I'll figure something out, maybe I'll just will it back into place hahaMyZmZm said:The 'clip' that the abs cable is in has a hole through it to go through the bolt that you broke... but you have another one or two bolts on the strut that you can easily attach it to instead. If you can't picture what I'm talking about, I'm likely taking the wheels off this weekend to paint the calipers - I can take a pic for you then if you'd like.

Man useing a drill press to hollow out the non fouler is tough, I hope it doesnt have to be a perfect 1/2inch hole lol or else ill look like this when it wont fit(shocked)Hy8us said:I gotta buy 2 non foulers today to get ready for my header install this weekend.
