What have you done to your P5 today?

Pro is it really that big of a power difference? If so, I'm gonna have to buy me one even though I plan to go turbo in the future.

im buying one, and i already have most of my turbo parts together lol
just need oil and vacuum lines and an intercooler core and im set, i just cant wait that long for extra power lol

k, just got done installing the turbo and came across two brackets that I have no idea where I took it off from. If anyone is able to post some pictures on where they go......me, luv you long time (rockon). Here are the pictures of the bracket and my car. Yes, I know I need to clean my engine bay.

the one on the right in the pic you dont need, it attached the precat to the block
the one on the left goes where your external wastegate is so u dont need that either

how was the fitment on the hiboost mani? mine didnt really fit but i didnt really force it in there

EDIT: actually that bracket on the right attaches to the stock j pipe, dont really need it on there, its just for bracing

I know the one on the left is for the engine hoist. It's where you hook up the lift when you take the engine outta the car. Not sure what the other is though.

There is a sigificant increase with a header. It's one of the best NA mods you can do. Combine that with an aftermarket exhaust, intake, mp3 ecu, highflow midpipe, COMBINE all those it makes a good 10-15 hp. And with a 99hp motor to start, It's a big gain.

No ONE mod is a magic mod for our little motor

HOORAY FOR MSP LIP! I wants one for both cars! I'll trade for header! lol

But, yeah, if you've got an intake, and cat-back, you'll notice a nice gain

The mani was a pain in the ass, took a bit to line everthing up right. Bolting it down was even worst, but it's all done now. Pretty happy with the added power

Well today I was just going to install some new gauges buuut when I got out to the garage I pretty much decided I was going to tear her all apart (laugh). I'm going to be installing my MAM exhaust manifold, AWR oil pan and new oil feed and return lines and possibly some other things if I decide to or not. Currently she is sitting in the garage without the radiator, exhaust manifold/turbo/downpipe, intake, half my current FMIC and any oil lines remaining. I managed to install the sandwich plate and sensors (little bit of a pain in the ass) and fitted the gauges where I wanted them. The gauge wires are a little tight because I don't want to extent the wires and possibly degrade signal but I think everything will work out in the end. All that is left for the gauges is to finish the wiring and tuck everything neatly under the dash (it's a mess right now!). I'll probably finish the wiring tomorrow but she'll still be down for a while...

I'm currently waiting on: new exhaust gaskets, exhaust manifold studs, oil pan and for a lot of liquid teflon to cure.

Today was busy and I can't wait for everything to get finished because it's going to be badass. MOTM, here I come...
