yea he told me he's only one guy, and can't get to as many email's as he would like. Also that i could of waited before filing a dispute........i though about waiting to file a dispute, but then i thought to my self "what would Biz do?" lol

Yea he fed me this line "the dispute could not only affect him but his customers as well" lol. i just updated the dispute this morning and sent him a email saying when i receive a refund i'll close the dispute.

Yeah I'm sorry but the "I'm one only one guy" line has been used for years by him now...If it's really that bad and he can't keep up then he obviously needs an assistant or to just stop. People are allowed to complain when they dont get the service they expect and he can't b**** and cry boo-hoo about that...

CR3 Motorsports can probably get everything Ken can, and he's always quick to answer any question I've sent to him. Got my SS brake lines fairly quickly too..

Ken is just drop shipping this crap like anyone else is, He doesnt keep all of this stuff in inventory...

i'm still waiting on my steedspeed to arrive, and wasn't getting a PM response/idea of when i should expect it... so i filed a claim. got a response within 10 minutes that it would be shipped no later than Nov. 7th w/ delivery confirmation.
